Quai Kennedy

This is set in an outstanding position overlooking the waters of Port Hercules, one of the world’s most famous yacht clubs.
Its eclectic and composite architecture is enriched with a Striato Olimpico marble base, supplied and processed by Furrer, which gives it the elegance worthy of Monaco-Monte Carlo.
The sumptuous and luxurious Quai Kennedy apartment building, on the south side of Port Hercules was built by Monaco’s leading luxury developer – J.B. Pastor & Fils– and its unique position best conveys the detailing of the highly distinctive Striato Olimpico marble that forms the base of the building. The horizontal parallel veining featured on the entire ground floor and mezzanine creates a base of huge visual impact that seems to support the building horizontally.
As always, Furrer placed all its engineering experience and craft skills in the cutting, polishing and positioning of this most singular and now rare stone at the disposal.
The building is also ideally placed for what is perhaps the world’s most famous event, one of the many held in Monaco, the Formula One Grand Prix.
The race passes right under its windows before entering the tunnel beneath the Fairmont Hotel
