The chosen candidate shall report to the Area Manager, and after a brief coaching and training period, shall have the role of managing and developing marketing plans both in Italy and abroad, to ensure the assigned targets are met. They will independently manage commercial negotiations with customers using a sell-out and consultancy approach, promoting the product and its potential applications.

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
- Recent graduate, preferably in economics or a similar discipline
- Has developed experience, even if brief, in the Sales & Marketing department at a modern run multinational company
- Speaks fluent English
- Should be available to relocate and transfer, both in Italy and abroad
- With previous experience of studying abroad or on an internship would be a bonus.

This position covers the roles of designing, implementing, monitoring and improving the Quality Management System. Able to ensure consistency and compliance with the company flows/processes and in respect to internal and external regulatory requirements.

More specifically, they shall:
Analyse, manage, guide company flows and plan their adaptation to company constraints and external requirements;
- Work towards the passing of new certifications;
- Support the Purchasing department and guarantee strict compliance with legal standards;
- Prepare and update the documentation necessary to detail the Quality Management System;
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure all management activities are carried out in compliance with the outline detailed in the system documentation;
- Analyse and process data relating to "Customer Satisfaction";
- Monitor quality costs and "non-quality" ones as well;
- Manage internal non-conformities and those of suppliers;
- Maintain relations with the certification body;
- Manage audits.

A successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Engineering graduate;
- Previous experience of at least two years in similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of the Lean Production logic;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Sap;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards;
- Availability to travel

The candidate for this company role requires knowledge of how to guide the implementation of the processes and methodologies required by the regulatory standards, including periodic staff training.

In particular, they shall:
Plan, coordinate and track all activities related to functional safety according to the standard of the various project phases (creating the safety plan and guiding the relative processes).
- Guide the activities related to the functional safety of projects.
- Lead safety analysis sessions on projects.
- Assess specific risks and product safety classifications or evaluation of an existing product classification through the scheduling of safety audits.
- Support the certifying entity in planning and conducting the evaluation and certification of the project´s safety levels.
- Indicate the release of project safety cases (based on the completeness and correctness of the technical contents).
- Discuss the topics related to functional safety with customers and suppliers.
- Organize and guide internal meetings with customers and suppliers, regarding the functional safety topics.
- Report regularly on the implementation status of the functional safety to the project team and management.

We further request:
- Availability for occasional business trips to customers and suppliers

Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Knowledge of tools for safety analysis (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA...)
- Knowledge of the Office package with excellent knowledge of Excel too.
- English language level required: advanced
- Driving License B required

Personal skills:
- Communication skills with ability to draft design reviews and notify technical changes to the work teams.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage work-groups.
- Need to have a flexible approach to working hours, adaptability to change and various priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive attitude, ability to work in a global development team.
