PRIVACY POLICY OF THE WEBSITE WWW.FURRER.IT

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we are
providing herewith the necessary information relating to the processing of personal
data provided by the Users  (hereinafter “Users”) of the website www.furrer.it (hereinafter “the site").
This information is not considered valid for other websites visited through
links on the controller website, who is not considered in any way
responsible for third-party websites.
This information is also provided pursuant to Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for personal data protection, collected in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001. Specifically, we have identified some minimum requirements for online collection of personal data, such as, for example, methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers have to provide to Users when they visit web pages, regardless of the purpose of their visit.


DATA CONTROLLER

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data controller is FURRER SPA. Data processing procedures are carried out in the FURRER SPA offices, Via Covetta n. 2 Carrara.
The data processing will be carried out automatically and  in paper, with means and methods that will guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, by authorized personnel in compliance with the requirements of Art. 31 and seq of the EU Regulation.
Personal data will be kept for a time not exceeding the one necessary to the purpose they have been gathered and processed for.
Personal data provided by Users who request informative material (information requests etc.) are used only to perform the requested service  and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary.


TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation Data

During their normal activity, the information technology systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet.
This   information  is not collected to be associated with specific data subjects, but by their own very nature it could allow users to be identified through the processing and association with data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained as a reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the web server (accepted, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment of the user.

Data supplied voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in the website leads to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to answer the queries, in addition to any other personal data that may be included in the e-mail.
Specific summarized information will be progressively reported or displayed on the webpages prepared for these particular services requested


PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING FOR WHICH EXPLICIT CONSENT IS REQUIRED BY THE EUROPEAN REGULATION

Apart from what has been specified with reference to navigation data, Users are free to provide personal data in the "CONTACTS" area forms to send messages or requests for information material or other communications.
Therefore the personal data provided by the Users to FURRER will be used to meet their specific requests. In particular personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purpose: any contact request, and sending of information requested by the User.

The legal basis for processing is the User consent and failure to provide it may entail the impossibility of obtaining the requested service


METHODS OF PROCESSING

Data are processed automatically for a period not exceeding the time necessary to the purpose they have been gathered and processed for.
Specific safety measures are taken to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper uses and unauthorized accesses.


RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

The data subjects can exercise their rights towards the Data Controller, pursuant to articles 15 and sub. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, that is, to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and their communication in intelligible form. They have also the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration and deletion of data or restriction of processing.  Finally they have the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, although pertinent to the purpose of the collection. They have the right to  data portability and to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, pursuant to art. 77 Regulation UE 2016/679.

FURRER reserves the right to amend, update, add or remove parts of this privacy statement at its discretion and at any time. The User is required to periodically check any amendment. INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

In accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/79 (hereinafter also “Regulation”) FURRER SPA, as Data Controller, informs that the personal data supplied will be processed in a relevant and transparent manner, in compliance with the  principles of lawfulness and necessity, in accordance with the existing provision.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We inform you that the personal data will be processed for institutional purposes connected or instrumental to the Data Controller activities, i.e.
a)    To carry out the contractually agreed services;
b)    To fulfill legal accounting and administrative requirements;
c)    To fulfill all regulatory obligations the Data Controller is responsible for.


LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing of personal data relies on the specific contractual relationship and on the fulfillment with the connected regulatory obligations. Processing of personal data you supplied is necessary to execute the aforementioned contractual relationship. A missing consent to data processing implies the impossibility to execute the contract.


METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING  

Data processing will be usually performed through printed, electronic and telematic methods with adequate arrangements to ensure security and confidentiality of the data, in order to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect data use or unauthorized access to the databases.


RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In line with the principles of necessity and proportionality, the data will not be stored for a longer time than the one necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and therefore tor the time necessary to the execution of the contract, and in any case within the limits of the law.


RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes
The processing will be performed:
- by subjects (natural and/or legal persons) appointed as data processors ex art. 28 of the UE Regulation mentioned above, who perform activities that are related, instrumental or supportive to the Data Controller activity.
The updated list of the processor and of the persons entitled to process personal data is available in the Data Controller office.  
The personal data supplied by users may be transmitted to:
-    Affiliated companies or subsidiaries;
-    Subjects who have the right to access your personal data in accordance with legal provisions, regulations or EU legislation
-    Subjects to whom the communication is due by law or regulation, in administrative, financial and tax matters, or to public entities performing their institutional functions.
Personal data provided by users may also be transferred to independent Data Controllers, co-owners and external data processors in compliance with the rules established by EU Regulation no. 2016/ 679 and any other applicable regulations.


CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

FURRER can transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization in compliance with the guidelines of art. 45-49 GDPR.


DATA SUBJECTS RIGHTS (ART. 15 AND SUB OF THE REGULATION)

You have the right to request the Data Controller the access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure and limitation of processing. You are entitled to object to processing and you have the right to portability as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in compliance with art. 77 of the Regulation EU 2016/679.
