Despite the topography of the site and height restrictions imposed to preserve views to St Paul’s Cathedral, this building produced 90,000 sq ft of highly efficient office space on seven levels. The roof inclines upwards at the north-west corner of the building, taking advantage of the less restrictive height zone on part of the site to provide stunning views of the City while creating an interesting architectural feature.
