Darling Park comprises three office towers and an extensive podium level which provides the physical connection to each of the buildings. The Podium functions on two levels with the lower level being occupied by Star Court which offers fast food and seating and an upper level with a further fast food offering.
The intention with the upgrade is to revitalize Star Court with a refurbishment and additional tenancies, replace the upper level single food offering with a number of slow food/café type tenancies including additional tenancies in under utlilised areas as well as expanding the seating into the common areas and through into the garden with covered and open seating locations.
